Such a app doesn't exist right now. You have to do it by hand. However cIOS rev14 will include the possibility to run WAD files directly from SD/USB, so you don't have to install those.

Wow! Do you mean that you could just copy the WADs to the SD and then run them directly from there, without the need to ever install them?

Waninkoko said the wads had to be unpacked. Its still unclear if he means 'they should be installed' or something else...

Well, that would be great anyways!

In any case, I guess what the OP meant is if there's an app that would automate this, currently manual tasks:

1) Install WAD to Wii
2) Move Channel (WAD installed) to SD

That would be soooo awesome, let's say, to have an option in WAD Manager to select the destination of the installation: Wii / SD.

Shouldn't be too difficult to realize. Would be fine, if someone with the propper skills would implement this feature.

all wads that you install with wad manager are still signed for the specific console they're installed for, right? you can't take a wad on an SD card from one wii to another and somehow override the protection without installing it again, yes?

There isn't one right now, but not that I think of it, this is quite possibly a way Waninkoko can help implement one of the features in the upcoming cIOS rev14.
