I mean the actual Vwii. If you were able to successfully theme the nand dump, what's stopping you from building a theme.csm that can be applied with MyMenuify?

I would not want to mess with the actual NAND until the Wii U is fully hacked. If you mess up your vWii, then that's the end of that.

I know what you meant, which is why I specified that you could only do it on a vWii. I don't know why, but it bricks if you try to theme your real NAND. Maybe it's because pieces of the System Menu are missing, and MyMenuify doesn't work with that. That's just a guess though.

devkitARM r32 link is dead.
I'm just all kinds of fail today. Try it again.

I dunno, does Nintendo still honor warranties where in the NAND has been tampered with?
You're not returning it to Nintendo, just the retailer you bought it from. I bricked my vWii way back when, shortly after I got it. Took it back, told them it wasn't working, they let me swap out another one. Granted you don't wanna make a habit of it, but it's worth two or three tries per retailer, I would imagine.

Or you could be sneaky and hair dryer the the sealing tab(whatever the hell you call it) so when you seal it back up for return they'll be none the wiser. May be a tinge dishonest, but hey, all in the name of progress!:yayu:

Ha ha, I understand now. Yes I've done that crap to Wal-Mart a few times. Bought something I only needed to use once, and returned it. Then back in the day when they had no limit as to how long they would honor receipts, my friend would buy a new GFX card, use it for a year till something better came out, then return the old card and get the new one at the same price. I think they changed their receipt policy because of him. :)

As for my Wii U, I (like my XBOX classic) bought it used, simply for the purpose that I can live knowing that my Wii U purchase in no way supported Nintendo's sweat shops and therefore sweatshop suicides not to mention their catch net solutions. It's hard to avoid such things now a days, so I do it where I can.

Hmm. This all works fine for me. Open up Command Prompt in sneek-read-only and run build_boot2.cmd from there. Once it's done, copy everything in the window (right-click, select all, right-click highlighted text) and copy it to pastebin.

Ohhhh, I was wondering what you meant about the "pastebin".
I assumed you were referring to some place on my SD card, and I didn't even bother with it because my kernels were still at 0K. :)

Anyhow, I intended to put Windows 7 32-bit lite on this machine in the first place, but put XP on instead because I thought it might be the source of the problems at first. So I'm now re-installing that (only takes about 10 minutes, and will re-download everything and report back if I run into the same issues.
