Gaming Volume issuse

Hey, my volume on my computer is stuck at 100, when I click the -volume it just stays at 100 how do I fix this?

Is the volume button a physical button or a function key on the keyboard?

As a workaround, if you’re running Windows, you can find the volume controls in the taskbar in the bottom right. Just left click it and you’ll see a slider to adjust your volume to your desired level.

No I have tried, I have a volume button on the side of my heaset, when I go down, it goes back to 100, I've tried that Volume b control, it also stays at 100 and doesn't moce

If it goes up as soon as you try to make it go down, sounds like a volume up button is stuck somewhere.

That or possibly some prankware (although I’ve not seen one since high school).
