If you're using firefox and have the Greasemonkey add-on installed, try the script I linked. It's a great one, I'm using it too. It lets you download in flv and/or mp4 format!
It will put a download button under the video and much more! try it! ;)

I also vote for jdownloader. It's really simple. Copy links, add to queue, starts downloading. Also it works for a lot of video sites plus megaupload, rapidshare, etc. Works as a general download manager as well.

It adds a non-intrusive, clearly-visible download button below every video. It lets you download the video in any of its available qualities in various formats, plus it can also grab just the sound from the video.
