:/ On µTorrent, when I have 200 seeders connected it downloads at 10.0KB/s on port 29284 which is usually really fast. There are only 16 leechers; I got it from leecher'slair Please help :/

Mine is really slow too, just deal with or look at online guides try different things.
I'm not too sure if you are allowed to be posting things like this here though...

200 Seeders, and you got that download speed...weird.

Does it happen on other torrents or is it just that one in specific ?
All of them

Umm.. do you have port forwarding setup correctly on your router. Utorrent should have a green tick symbol if it is down near the bottom. If you don't it'll be red. Could also be your ISP that is throttling torrents.

10.0 KB/s seems a bit specific to me. Have you removed the limit on downloading?
It could be that you limited the download speed on utorrent...

Try looking up the "half open limit fix patch for windows".

In short Microsoft and Windows only allows you to connect to 10 things at once as in 9 seeds and the internet. I'm not sure about now but before it worked for me. I could download and upload at the maximum and watch youtube at fullspeed. It kinda stopped working for me I think I might have to update.
Try it you can unpatch it at any time.

If you are trying to download game torrents and its taking too long...
...use JDownloader and give up with Utorrent.
This. I've been using jDownloader for a while and I LOVE IT! sometimes it is *snip but I think development is over for it. it makes me mad when a site like megaupload where you can download multiple files only downloads a single file at a time! :'(

I was having the same problem using utorrent. I ended up switching to bittornado and found that my downloading speed went from around 3kb/sec to 100kb/sec average. So maybe trying a different client will help.

edited because my spelling sucks...

Same thing's happening with me for 2 days now. I was getting speeds between 450KB/s and 600KB/s before that

That cant be just coincidence.

Anyway if your still having problems, your best bet is to change client

I mean make sure that

a. Your port is properly forwarded (Google is your friend here, i mean uTorrent itself helps you as well xD)
b. You aren't mashing your internet bandwidth with other apps ( this includes any games you play online i.e. on Live, PSN network etc etc)
c. If you have a wireless router, make sure that no one is stealing your internet
