ROM Hack Using PokeCGear and Transferring Saves

Feel free to rip me a new asshole if this isn't in the right place but I am at a dead end.

I just found out in Pokemon B/W you can change the CGear skins to your own personal picture.
I can probably figure out how to do that.
My issue is that I've heard that you can even edit the save of your own retail game and transfer it back so you can actually have the new CGear on a real cart. I have absolutely no clue on how to do that. I don't even know what tools I'm looking for.
Can one of you guys help me out please?

used C-gear editor, is need a save file from you retail or r4 or emulator save file.... you can see on PP.

Use savegame manager to extract your B/W save file.
