So I downgraded and installed both Luma3ds and A9lh with Hyoretsu's guide succesfully on a 32gb sd card. I have 2 other 16gb sd cards lying around that I'd like to use with luma/a9. How would I get luma and a9 working with those two cards?

Do you want to swap the SD card out for a smaller one?

A9LH is installed onto your 3DS not the SD card so all you'd need to do to have Luma on a new sd is transfer the files over

Something like that. I have loads of games on the 32gb and I don't want to delete them so I want to setup the two 16gb cards to put games I can't put in the 32gb one.

Okay just put the luma folder and all files needed to run Luma onto a new sd card and start the 3ds. It'll initialise and let you use that sd card. I can't guarantee that swapping the sd card on the fly will just let you play every game. For example let's say your 32gb has games and your 16gb has a few more. I can't say 100% that just swapping them out will let you play games off either one. I'd be careful about that

Like I'd turn my 3ds off then switch the sd cards if that's what you mean...

Yeah that's what I mean. I don't know if that'll just cause the new games to show up and let you play them
Like on the 16gb card I'll install freeshop and download games I want to play. I'll play the games downloaded on the 16gb and If I want to play games on the 32gb I'll shut off the 3ds and swap the sd card.

I did swap mine (from 32Gb to 64Gb) and all CIA application doesn't appear when I turn on my system (only the injected FBI). Is there a way to have all my CIA installed from the last SD, appear in the new one? (I did transfer all the files from one SD to another)

Yeah it won't work, I just tested it with my 128gb and an 8gb card but it just resets

Transferring all files is the only way to get all things to appear. If they didn't then you didn't copy everything so you'll have to redownload everything
