Gaming Using Ocarina for Beta land in SMGalaxy

you'll notice that the beta demo land takes place in the first galaxy (the New Egg Galaxy or whatever it's called) and you can see it in the background eventually in that video after she uses some of the star thingies

Someone should try using Ocarina's floating code to see if they can get to that land in the final version ...

I would think the same type of people that find Sonic 2 beta stuff so interesting would be interested in trying this out, oh well.

Several have already tried, but it doesn't appear to be in the final version. See http://wiird.l0nk.org/forum/index.php/topic,39.0.html for the discussion. It should be in that topic because I remember reading it there.
