Hacking Using GW SD Card on a smartphone

Hi, Sorry if it's not the right section

I have a 32 GB SD Card (micro SD + adapter) and I need it for my phone.
Can I keep EmuNAND partition and use the card on my phone ?

And it's a Rx-Emunand, so I've just to backup all my SD Card content (cia, saves, rx and cfw files etc) and copy it back when I'll put my SD Card back on my 3DS and it will be fine?
