Hacking Using cheats with old m3?

Hey, I have a pretty old m3 (compared to the new ones, at least). I think it might be an m3 Perfect or something, it uses CompactFlash. It looks kinda like this: http://www.psxcare.com/shopimages/products...rfectcf_150.gif

I've been spending some hours searching for information how to use cheat codes. You see, I'd like to use an Infinite Money code for The World Ends With you, or something similar. Could you explain to me how I should proceed, what to do? Most information was either about m3 Simply or m3 Real... So, what should I do?

This program let you introduce action replay codes to DS Roms, the only thing is that cheats codes are permanent stored in the rom.

Are they stored in the save file too? If not, could I just not simply remove the rom and make a new one if I want to play without cheats? Would the old save file work with the new file?
