Look around for flea markets and swapmeets. I'm not sure if newer games are common there, but you can get great prices on things in general if you're there early. It's worth a shot.
Other than that, eBay is about as good of a place as any. Used game stores won't give you a better price than that, since they want to earn money from it too.
People don't tend to sell games for bargain prices unless they have no idea what they're doing. Hence, the flea markets and swapmeets.
