Hacking Use SDCafiine offline?

For some reason my Wii U won't go online right now (it isn't the tubehax DNS, I had it on and it worked just fine last night), is there a way to use SDCafiine without your Wii U online?

This might just be my internet, as my Wii U didn't connect to the Internet successfully using its own Connection Test, so I'll keep trying until I get it to work or you give me a solution.

EDIT: Tubehax is down apparently, so it's not my fault. How long will it be down for though?

Yeah, for now the secondary DNS is another update block server, forgot what it's called since I changed it like a week ago
