Homebrew use FBI to unpack a .cia to a folder on 3ds

Ok I want to put some GBA on my 3ds. I want them all in the same folder. Anyway when i use FBI to tell it to put them in a destination folder?

FBI installs all CIAs directly to the home screen and you will have to manually move them to their respective folders. This is a limitation of the homemenu itself and not something we can fix.

Get to it in tapping that bottom screen with your stylus pen. Gonna be real boring with that repetitive drag and drop.

Once you're done sorting, save the HOME Menu Layout to prevent future grief.
