Hacking USB loader will not see HDD

So randomly usbloader will not detect my hard drive, tried both USB loader gx and configurable USB loader. Other apps see the hard drive with no issues (nintendont, vba gx etc).
Nothing has changed recently on my device.
Any idea what's going on and what I can do to fix this?

Is your external hard drive in FAT32 ??

Not sure what happened but I tried reseating the USB cable and it worked [emoji2371]
