Hardware USB Loader Question?

My wii is on system menu 3.3U...I install homeBrew and then Installed Gamma CIOS to launch backup game via Gamma backup luncher...I am trying to use custom CIOS36 REV 9 or 10 and when I load it via homebrew it freeze at 3%... I am not sure what I am doing wrong, can someone help me. Also I wanted to confirm after installing this new CIOS36 will I still be able to use Gamma backup launcher? any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
