USB Loader GX Error: USB Device not initialized. Switching to channel list mode.

Hello, I have a BIG problem.

As I said in the title, The Loader cant find my USB. I tried putting my usb in my friend's wii and it worked perfectly fine, but not on my wii.

I would know what is the problem please, My Wii is a 4.3E, I have the latest version of USB loader gx and my USB is a FAT32.

Does it pass the usb initiation screen when you first launch USBLoaderGX?
Is the drive plugged into port 0 ( the lower port when the Wii is in a horizontal position)?
Look through the settings and change the port to port 0 in USBLoaderGX.
You're using a usb flash drive or an external hdd?
I would recommend this modded version of usbloadergx by @blackb0x btw. Just copy the files to the apps folder overwriting the old ones..

what's odd is that I believe beta 53 can use either port, just can't run emunand games iirc. I couldn't say what could be wrong, but the original setup should've worked.

The Loader is configured on the port 0 and my usb is in the port 0 too.
I'm giving a try for the modded version as you said.

What? When you check the "Wii games" on the top banner when inside USBLoaderGX?
Anyway, I would check again if they appear in WiiBackupManager, if they do. I would format the drive as wbfs with WiiBackupManager if it's a usb flash drive, otherwise i wouldn't recommend for external hdds.
Also, if you have any GC games, do they work in Nintendont?

Yes, when I check Wii games on the top.
It's weird that my friend has the same configuration for cIOS, we have the same software, but the same USB dont work on both wiis.
The drive is wbfs and I already used wii backup manager.
No I don't have GC Games.

Hi Guys, Hoping someone can help. So I get this message when loading USB loader GX through the channel launcher. However if I load it through homebrew launcher its always fine. Any help would be great. Im on vwii trying to setup usb loader gx forwarder from Wii u menu

You can't access USB devices from WiiVC which it sounds like you're trying to do.

The injected channel in WiiU menu will never access a USB device only SDCard.

The WiiU2vWii forwarder channel for USBLGX works only on CBHC/Haxchi and needs the UNEO forwarder installed on vWii.

By using on WiiU the WiiU2Wiichannel (CBHC/HAXCHI only) forwarder for USB Loader GX, there needs to be the boot.dol on SD-Card. And the UNEO vWii forwarder needs to be installed by a WAD Manager on vWii NAND
