    So here’s the deal:

    1. I patched both IOS 249 and 250 with v52 and v53

    2. I have a copy of Mario Kart Wii (with online) and it works perfectly fine on dolphin.
    3. When I load it on USB Loader, it takes me back to the Homebrew Launcher screen. It does this every time.

Version 52 does not fully describe a CIOS. You should be using d2x CIOS 249 v8 final with base 57, or d2x CIOS 249 v10 beta 52 with base 57 (these are basically the same). As previously suggested, a Syscheck and more info on the type of drive you're using would be helpful.

    Hello.:)

Thank you for your sysCheck. It looks good except this little "culprit":

IOS249[56] (rev 65535, Info: d2x-v10beta53-alt): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0

This is your main cIOS for USBLoader and loading the Games.
Please change it for Example with the d2x cIOS Installer to

IOS249[56] (rev 21, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
    or maybe better
IOS249[56] (rev 21008, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0

Then this should work for you.:yaywii:
    Thank you.:)

    Hello,

What is your USB support (USB key or hard disk)?
