Hacking USB loader developers may want to look at this

I was thinking could somebody develop a USB loader with hooks? Like ossleep hook and everything? Just curious. I though it would be a good idea to have, do you think someone could just re-configure a USB loader to boot with hooks?

"boot with hooks"... You know that there are already games that boot games with hooks? And that the rebooter function is broken for some cIOS revisions now?
