    Ok so I ordered an R4 with a dcredit card and went to check out, and I had to make a Paypal account. So to make a long story short, i made the account and chose "Pay Now" and then I was charged $59.96 CAD. Ok, no problem right?

    Well, there is no order on my account on gamersection, what the hell? Did I just get charged $60 for nothing???????

    yeah, I have a receipt from Paypal and it goes out to Anvil Ent.

    I bought from them before, but w/ a check and it worked and my order was created as soon as I ordered.

    Your first problem is that you ordered from Gamersection. Should have bought for a more reputable source.

    If you don't see anything in a week, file a dispute with PayPal. You will get your money back. I was scammed by Foundmy.com, and filed a dispute, got my money back.

    They are away until the 8th, so customer service is not there for Gamersection.

    And can I file a dispute right now?

    So their customer support is away until the 8th, and they didn't disable any ordering?

    Go ahead, file the dispute then. They're idiots for allowing people to order if they're not there.

    How do I file a dispute? and am I guarenteed my money back?

    i find it f***ed up that no order was created on my gamersection account.

    You need to log into PayPal, and go to the Resolution Center. From there you can file it. If you still need help, I recommend using PayPal's help instead of here [​IMG]

    LOL, Im there now, but I am at the screen that says:

    Reason for opening dispute:

    [ ]I have not received anything from the seller.
    [ ]I received my item, but it was significantly different than the seller's description. For example:

    * The item was damaged or different
    * The box was empty
    * The order was incomplete

    Which do I choose? My current problem is that no order was created so I have no idea what to choose.

    You should stop flipping out. One, you will get your product because gamersection seems like a reputable online store to me (see here: http://www.resellerratings.com/store/GamerSection_ca ). Two, even if you don't get it, you can always file a dispute and you will most likely get your money back.

    Just take it easy, contact their support, and if they don't display any sign of having sent you the product after a week, then go ahead with the dispute.

    The thing is though, my order was never created, so I was charged for nothing. And there is basically no proof on their site that I ordered. The only proof I got is my Paypal receipt.

    Im going to wait until tomorrow to call them, and if nothing happens. Im filing.

    I have sent an email to them right now, and hopefully, they can create that order.
