Homebrew Upgrade from 6.X to 9.2 help

I have a O3DS with firmware 6.2 I think, I want to upgrade it to 9.2 without the use of gateway cards is there any help here available?

Just looked at it and sorry to be a pain can I OOTHAX to get in to homebrew launcher to install the necessary files? I'm a bit slow on this
