Hacking Updating to 7.0.1

Guys I wanted to update my FW (Running Atmosphere CFW) but I'm hell of a noob and don't know how to do it, any tutorial links ? cuz I couldn't find one on gbate
and also my console is on AutoRCM mode do I need jig for updating FW offline again or not ?

You should be able to update it without putting it back to RCM mode, i did a manual downgrade, that means i have to be on AutoRCM. But is there any reason to update to 7.0? Im still on 6.2 because there is no reason for me to go to 7.0 or 7.0.1.
