Hacking Updating New 3DS Emunand and games

Hey folks,

Can i update a new 3ds safely through emunand in system settings?

Can i update games safely that show an update for them in the top screen?

What is firmware spoofing if i need to use this?

I have updated a 2ds doing the above and it has worked fine so far.

No get the update file from that iso site to update to 9.5 emumand, max for n3ds
