Hacking Updating my SysNAND to 9.2

Hi

I am on 4.5 and I'd like to update my SysNAND to 9.2 to get Homebrew Channel, RxTools autoboot...
I actually have a 10.7 RxEmuNAND with a lot of games installed.

If I update my SysNAND to 9.2, will my EmuNAND be affected?
