Hacking Updating from 4.1E to 4.2E with Bannerbomb

I have 4.1E with bannerbomb, HBC etc.
How do I uninstall?

Can I follow the same process as installing or do I need to reset to factory defaults before updating to 4.2E?

Can I update using Ninty's updater or do I have to use the special updater tool?

Once its removed, is it fairly straightforward to reinstall it?

Uninstall what? and bannerbomb has nothign to do with updating
