Homebrew Updating and Payloads

Just a quick query -- I bought a copy of OoT3D so I can safely update to 10.6 without losing access to homebrew. Hopefully, it'll arrive soon, and obviously, I'll be installing before I update to 10.6 -- but I've never actually updated while having homebrew before.

So, I wanted to ask -- do I update the payloads BEFORE I do the system update, or AFTER? (Or does it really matter?)

Before, you can't update after because you wouldn't have a way to launch the homebrew launcher. After you updated oot3dhax to 10.6, you can update your 3ds
