So i followed all of the steps in the proper order and got everything updated correctly for my r4ids.cn (the newest rts version), then too a thin box cutter to where it is shown.
Booted up my card and it all seemed to work until i selected a Rom.
It just now sits at the loading screen and does nothing......

Reloaded the latest r4wood 1.6 and it works fine now

Hope Pong will have an answer from the team about the need to wire cut...

Main 3DS have a Supercard :) and old DSL uses R4i Gold 3DS but if it means "destroy future updating system" with the wire cut... will only use with DSL...

The patch has been released but you have to open up your card and cut a signal line inside your card after updating (all in the readme) http://r4ids.cn/r4i-download-e.htm

It says after updating using the patch you have to do this:

I tried cutting that part signal line, but failed,
then I sawed the chip a little, between C1 and R9, now it's working like a Charm ^_^
Thanks a lot ;)

both cards still work fine after update on Wood 1.60

have yet to test on a 3DS 6.0.0-X Firmware
but believe they should

have yet to cut wire but waiting for teams response just in-case the 3DS can do something to the card without the wire being cut

will post more information when i have it

supported fine on mine and show in the spoiler window
links are the almost identical to your ones

They are identical. I just opened your images as new tabs and then copied the codes.
Whenever you use a link of image without a ending formatt, like png, jpg or gif,
gbatemp tends to accuse broken images.

Just replace the images with the correct links, then no one will have broken image problems ;)

Except they don't work fine. I've already explained why. Sites do this to prevent hot-linking. There isn't a direct link that works for everyone. You need to use the "show codes" section.

I tested on both firefox and chrome on Linux and Windows.
Aren't they compatible with your browser? If yes, what browser are you using?
Are you using another OS, like Mac OSX or FreeBSD?

How are you not getting this? YOU can see them, because the links are for your computer/IP. The links are invalid for everybody else. It has nothing to do with the browser. It's just like how Pong can see the images using the links that he posted, but the rest of us can't.

Unless you use the codes listed on the page, you can't post the images in a forum for everyone to see.
