Hacking Update Pokemon OR/AS Retail Card (Gateway)

Hi!

I want to play my retail Pokemon Omega Rubin on my New 3DS with the latest update. I know I can play retail cards only in Gateway Classic Mode, but how can I get the latest update for this game? I know I can't install them via ciain emunand, because they need to be downloaded via the eshop to get recognized by the cartridge, but I am afraid to go online with my N3DS. It's on EMUNAND 9.5.
I know I can't update to the newest version without loosing my gateway, so what is the solution for me?

I don't habe Ninja Cube btw.

I don't think that you can without a copy of either Cubic Ninja or Ocarina of Time.

You can use Free Multi Patcher to visit eShop in your Gateway Mode, download the new update, then use your game cart in Classic Mode.
