Gaming Hacking Update physical games with a hacked new 2ds xl

Okay, so I have Inazuma Eleven Go Galaxy Big Bang physically, and when I inserted my game in my hacked new 2ds xl, it says that there's an update available FOR THE GAME, NOT FOR THE CONSOLE.
So my question is: Can I update my games without risking anything for my console, and if no, how can I do? And am I even able to do that?

If the game is from the same region as your 3ds then you can just select the update and it will install with zero issues. If the game is from a different region then you will need to find the update online and then install it using fbi exactly the same way you would install a game.
