Hacking update error GW 2.0b2

so i was on emunad 6.3 2.0b1 and today i decided to update my emunand so i can go to the eshop

i first backed up my SD card
put in the b2 files on to my sd card
try to update :error
format emunand
try to update :error
restore my back up of b1 SD card files :loose 6.3 emunand
start from begining
try to update :error

i just cant update my emunand at all. is it just me?

or is it because of the eshop being down?
