I'd like to make a thread where I could find out what cia is responsible for installing the 7.x encryption keys. I want to try and install only that to see if it will fix saving for 7.x+ games on 4.x cfw.
Right now I have installed 0004001000021E00.cia and 0004001000021D00.cia from the 7.0 update, and I have not noticed any negative effects, but also have not tested any games on it yet.
I also think it'd be nice to have a thread where we can list what each of these contains, for future reference
