Umm.. I don't know if it works with the 1.17a01 firmware but I'm sure it works for the a02 firmware cuz i played it and it never froze on me... (im on 5th level.. but i got bored of it.. really repetative

As far as I can tell, Official DSTT Kernel V1.17 has no advantages over Unofficial DSTT Kernel V1.17a02; it's vice versa. The only difference between the two seems to be compatibility with more games.

I want to go to the DSiware store! I have a whole bunch of DSiware that I mistakenly erased! Some of my 800 points games are gone and I had every game in that category! And I still have 1000 points left in the shop!

I noticed how this unofficial firmware allows us to play super smash bros rumble, I heard the game got shutdown, so now they are making super smash bros clash. Is that true?

Well I got it a few days ago and it works fine, don't know if the interface has changed since 1.17a but its quite neat.

It runs everything it did before I changed so I just assumed it was a bunch of enthusiasts that have set it up.

Last release was July 09 so I'm hoping they may do a 1.19 update.

And if with that they fix the trouble with Pokemon HG/SS and Mario and Luigi, I won't have to trash the DSTT!! xD (I was thinking of buying a M3 or a Cyclo DS, I got tired of not seeing official updates).

I haven't had problems with hgss on my dstt. 7 badges and 13 hours played with only 1 freeze. My 2 friends have dstt also and they don't freeze.
