As far as I can tell, you can use the Cheat DB in this thread on the first post which is updated daily. The link in the post is kinda of hard to find, took me a while to find it but the following picture should help you.

However is it distributed in CycloDS format but a convert in R4CCE should fix that in a matter of seconds.

sure,first open the db with r4cce,copy the cheat code you want,then load them up on your emu(google it)

yes this database has every game there is cheats for and is completely up to date as of this morning
