ROM Hack Unlock all OR/AS tms?

Is there a way to do this yet without a save dongle or gateway?

use jk's save manager to dump your save then you can do it with pkhex. There might be an NTR Plugin, too.

I just realized that does not solve my problem. I need all tms unlocked. I do not want to replace the ones i have

I think if you scroll down it'll have empty slots and you can fill those with new ones. I know that's how it works with normal items, at least. Probably a good idea to sort by number first though so you can fill out the spots you're missing.

There are indeed but not enough for every single one. xD

Sorry then. I think someone made an NTR chest plugin for oras but I don't know of it includes tms.

It have all space that needed for all tms...
Simply you add existing ones (that already you have) and it would not have space for not owned ones
If you sort them in game and make dump of save, then you can easy add not owned ones
Or rewrite all from start

Honestly, you've probably spent more time thinking about how to hack them than it would take to just collect them legitimately. Only a small few are clock-based.

Hold ctrl and click the tm button.
All tm hm will be unlocked in one time.
Iirc it's just ctrl, if not working check the shortcut tab in the credits tab
