Hey I was wondering id there’s a way to unlock all the bro attacks immediately or be able to use dreamy Luigi attacks anywhere in the game. I think this will be a fun challenge

That would most likely break a lot of things as most enemies are not supposed to be fought with dreamy Luigi. Compare for instance .
