My NIntendo DSi suddenly crashed today, Unlaunch cannot recognize Twilight Menu++ even though I formatted my SD card to FAT32 system with cluster size of 32k. The strange thing is that Unlaunch recognized two "Nintendo DSi Sound" entries in two different locations, one was in the path "nand:/title/00030005/484e4b4a/content/00000002.app", and the second one was in the path "sdmc:/00000002.app", which is on the SD card, and the strange thing is that on the SD card, I couldn't find any entry named 00000002.app! I tried uninstalling Unlaunch and reinstalling it but it didn't work. I tried "throwing" that SD card into another Nintendo DSi and it worked fine. Now I can only access Twilight Menu++ through the Memory Pit vulnerability in the Nintendo DSi Camera application. Note: Before my Nintendo DSi crashed, one time I started the DSi an error appeared with a name that caught my attention: MBR.

You need to reformat the SD card by specifically following the steps in this guide: https://dsi.cfw.guide/sd-card-setup.html
By following the guide, you'll also be checking the SD card for errors.

I also tried attaching an SD card from another Nintendo DSi H4CK (with full Twilight Menu++ combo & homebrew software) to my Nintendo DSi and it didn't work either. The current Nintendo DSi is almost completely "dead" just a few hours after I posted this article [specific error: not receiving power from battery] :(((

Use any exploit boot twilightmenu++.
Try re-installing unlaunch in twilightmenu++ (don't uninstall unlaunch! just "INSTALL NOW")

(My English is not good, this reply was translated by translation software)
