Misc Can SD cards be swapped between 2 different DSi?

I have a regular DSi (US) and a DSi XL (JPN), both modded with Twilight Menu, and I want to be able to swap my SD card between them so I have the same save files. Will this cause any issues if I do this?

If you use Twilight Menu and Ulaunch you should be fine, but then again you risk killing SD card slot from constant switching. SD card is cheap enough you can just buy another one.

I would use two different SD cards if there was a way to sync saves between two DSi, but there doesnt seem to be any app for that. I want to take my regular DSi on the go because its smaller and more pocketable, and use my DSi XL at home.

It is perfectly fine to use 1 SD card on 2 DSi.
I have inserted and removed my SD card countless times, and SD card slot still works fine.
If you are using an SD card adapter, it is recommended to put a piece of tape on the side of the TF card.

If you want to copy save files between 2 SD cards on the DSi, you can use GodMode9i.
Copy(Y) save file from SD card → enter RAMDRIVE([ram:]) or FLASHCARD(e.g.AK2i's TF card) and PASTE files(Y, Copy files or Move files) → Unmount SD card(R+B) → remove SD card → Insert another SD card → Remount SD card(R+B) → COPY file(Y) from RAMDRIVE or FLASHCARD → enter SDCARD and PASTE files(Y, Copy files or Move files).
