Hacking Unable to load forwarders from system menu 4.1e and ios-check fails on

Hello all
`I've got a strange problem with my wii. It's softmodded and i can't start any hbc forwarders for example USB Loader GX NeoGamma MPlayer from the System Menu. I can start HBC from the SM. GX loader , neogamma and mplayer start from HBC and I can start every game. I also checked the dirs with the boot.dol etc to have it linked. I can also start MII Photochannel from the SM.
I also tried ios-check but the system hangs on ios35.
is it possible to reinstall/delete ios35

HBC(1.0.6) shows ios61 v19.26

I reinstalled the ios35 and ios-checker passes it now. Only it hangs at ios202, and I can't find it in the nusd.
I also tried tried to run the channels and they are working now

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
