Are there any ways to put gamecube Iso's on a Usb hard drive?
Yes, just drag and drop your isos, Nintendon't requires you to put them in a folder named /games/

Follow this structure

/games/YourGame/game.iso

For example...

/games/MarioSunshine/game.iso

MBR/FAT32 HDD. Done!

Wii games - use Wii Backup Manager or "/wbfs/game name [titleid]/titleid.wbfs"
GC games - "/games/game name [titleid]/game.iso" or "disc2.iso" for 2nd disc of a game
