Misc Un-linking NNID & Club Nintendo Accounts

Is there anyway of un-linking a Nintendo Network ID and/or a Club Nintendo account from a 3DS without needing the actual thing?

I was looking to instantly unlink a Nintendo Network ID, not wait until September (when Club Nintendo no longer is available). :/

Edit: I'll just nag Nintendo instead. lol

I deleted my ID and then create new ID with the same email, but now i cannot link the new ID to my Nintendo Club., is there a way to make new Club Nintendo Account with new email?
