If yes, use the homebrew browser to download syscheck 2.0 in utilities.

If no, then search the forums for Syscheck 2.0.

Syscheck 2.0 lists all your IOS's, the versions of each IOS, your system menu version, patches for each IOS... that kind of stuff.

I have a feeling preloader is set to the wrong IOS for system menu. Which version of preloader are you running, please keep in mind that priiloader and preloader actually mean something different in the wii scene, preloader is a bit outdated for newer system menus.

I think I'm using the lasest preloader like 0.29
