When I boot from it, it writes:
"No such partition
Entering rescue mode...
grub rescue>"
here are the grub rescue commands i had to do to get it to work. im going to do a proper export in the mean time

grub rescue > ls
grub rescue > ls (hd0,msdos3) #your msdos number might be different, but it more than likely will be 3
grub rescue > set root=(hd0,msdos3)
grub rescue > set prefix=(hd0,msdos3)/boot/grub
grub rescue > insmod normal
grub rescue > normal

thanks yardie for the work. I'm on 1.0 so don't think I can do anything just yet until I get Tetris or upgrade to 3.0, which I likely never will unless forced to.

the next upload has this issue fixed
uploading now

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

uploaded fixed version
it wont go to grub rescue anymore
Thanks a ton though - your VM got retroarch running for me. No ideas what was wrong with the VM I created - I think I might have had an out-dated version of pegaswitch / ncat.

When the scene pics up you're gonna need more than 4gb trust me. It's not 120gb now, it expands dynamically as needed.
I see that now. only using 11 gb currently. fair enough. any benefit to maxing out the CPU and RAM and video settings?
