STOP trying to INSTALL the themehax installer again.

You DO NOT need to install anything anymore.

All you need to do is rename your ropbin file that you downloaded and upload that into the root of your SD card.
Now what you rename it into, check the original post. If they doesn't work, then I don't know.

thank you it works now, althoug i have to do that thing while on shutdown screen because i always get stuck at a yellow screen if i do it on boot.

For n3DS users the renaming method differs. Unfortunately I do not have an n3DS so I can't help much on that, but if you can get themehax installed again through the offline installer you should rename your downloaded ropbin payload after the menuhax file in the root of your SD card.
how does the re-naming method differ on the n3ds?? im trying to install themehax

I Just wanted to note that if anyone isn't able to take out their SD card (perhaps you don't have a card reader.. like me), you can just use FTBrony to transfer the starter & payload files. Worked fine.

I don't recommend it in case a file doesn't transfer properly, but it does work.

So, using themehax on New 3ds seems to work 1 out of 4 times when launching hbl during booting, but I find that if you open any app, (for example download and play) press the power button, press home button and hold L it boots about 1 out of 2 tries. This was the same solution used to load blargsnes with themehax in the past.

Managed to get it to work with the 1.3 unofficial offline installer you set up in Post #2, however the screen freezes on sleep. Heh better than nothing.

I think I've installed themehax with the o3DS payload, even though I have an n3DS. The C-Stick isn't recognized when I boot HBL from themehax, but it does when using ironhax (which i've reinstalled to 2.5 as well). In my SD card I have the files "menuhax_ropbinpayload.bin" and "N3DS_U_21504_usa_9221.bin". I'm pretty sure menuhax_robpinpayload is 2.5, but the file shouldn't be named like that, since that's for o3DS. Help?

Both are 2.5 for sure, the screen doesn't freezes on sleep mode and I can use HANS and eShop without problems

Wait what? D: You mean the unofficial you linked in Post #2/#3 made by zoogle was for 2.1?

I put it in the OP and stated as such that it was a 2.1 installer. Just follow the instructions in the OP to get 2.5

Take the "N3DS_U_21504_usa_9221.bin" and rename it "ropbinpayload_menuhax_USA21504_new3ds.bin"

The offline installer seems to fail for me, telling me that the AM service is inaccessible (0xd8e06406). I'm running it through 1.1B Cubic Ninja on *hax 2.5 on O3DS 9.2. I'd like to set this up on sysNAND to run modded games and access the eShop when I need to though.

Edit: @zoogie any suggestions?

Does this allow me to use eshop spoof as well?

(Think people missed this)

Nobody missed it, but as far as I'm aware the official themehax installer is not working correctly and won't re-install 2.1 if you happen to think it's broken and uninstall, hence why I linked the offline installer.

Really if you already have themehax 2.1 on you won't need the installer at all. Just follow the instructions.

So, when I first tried the offline installer it didnt work, but I was able to fix it by backing up my sd card files to my computer, then re-formatting my sd card to fat 32. Finally, I recopied the files and the offline installer worked like a charm. I think while trying to use the installer, it corrupted my sd card, or at least the folder /3ds/themehax_installer/themepayloads

How do people end up with corrupt cards, are you sure your card is legit? Just asking, I mean I screwed up like 3 times with it and didn't lose a thing.
