Ah, very good point. For one, I don't care for RTS or SlowMo, but maybe have the backlight changing as a ROM patch (like Soft Reset, which BTW broke in the latest loader, another story for another day) rather than as a cheat for each individual game. And maybe, as a VERY far shot, add the same features as the 3in1 for the EZ4. You know, just saying.
Did you try taking the EZ flash out and blowing on it? Or maybe akaio just cant boot it, although i doubt that

@Xdqwerty No you heard wrong, and don't believe till you experience yourself. Fallout 4 is one of my favorite games of all time. Yes it had issues early on, esp with older hardware like the xbox1, but it is awesome, esp now being 4k on Series S/X or PS5+2

Yea you right there, fallout 76 was a letdown, but it not that bad now, they have fixed slot of issues they had at launch. Biggest issue with Fallout 76 is its a pay to advance further type of game, which sucks
