Hacking Tried a new SD card (replacing my already working SD2VITA setup) and now my games wont open.

Been away from the vita for a while, swapped its sd card with my Nintendo switch and today was the first time i booted it since, and i saw most stuff not working (i cant open my games/adrenaline) . The card is correctly formatted, and has my vita backup on it. All my bubbles are still there, but when i try to open them (All games+Adrenaline) i get a "Cannot start this application. You must download the application again from [Download list] in PS Store. (C0-9251-7) Here are pics, i think i got everything

Accidentaly removed pics, but fixed it by backing all the stuff up to my pc, wiping the vita completely and reinstalling henkaku and all my Tai stuff manually
