I didn't get the first one but played someone elses,and loved it.

I'll probably pick this one up.

It would be pretty cool it is was a DS game but I reckon it'll be Wii again.

Yup and its not out until 2010! I think it was January for North America & Feb/March for Europe. Nothing was said about a Japanese release as the first didn't do well there, they're basically only making it because it was so well loved in the West.

Hopefully the long development time will mean a much smoother game.
