Gaming Trauma Team help..

Ok so I'm doing diagnosis for trauma team and Im stuck in part 2 of the diagnosis and I can't find anymore symptoms.. The symptoms Ive found are: Discontinuous sounds, S3 and S4, high BNP level, Low blood pressure, abnormal Q waves, chest pain, and dyspnea. What am I missing. Been searching for an hour now and its kinda getting annoying... Any help?

Did you get the negative T? One of the waves faces down instead of up at the 2nd row.

Try looking at the test results again coz they change over time. Also, mind the non dialogue texts as they will tell you that you've found all that needs to be found in that area, then you can move on. Try to be more patient, this is the first part of the game that pours in the hours of thought, the second part being the Forensics part. Man, I'm still in that part until now! Can't sit down through one case long enough. Glad there's the save button in these stages of the game.

Don't mind me popping one question.
Does anyone know how to get a GOOD+ when it comes to taking glass shards out of the patient's body ?
I'm having a hard time doing so.
