when I told you how to get the font this why I told you... so you could dump it then find in the font the missing letter(s) - if any - you are looking for - then find it in another table... possibly the one from rikai.com...

This is exactly what I was doing for another project of mine (very repetitively).
and with a lot more table files than this game.

ok i think i may have figured out somthin on the script / text. chances are only a few people will know what the F@#K im talking about but i thought i'd throw this out here so i dont forget. i there are several files for the text named 000, 001, 002 +. 000 is the beginning (translated with most errors fixed YAY!!!) then 001 it is compleatly out of order but im assuming that it is part of a wierd and ... ok im confusing myself. ill just put an example down

000 the beginning
001 text that is consistant for all play throughs (unconfirmed)
002 Moka's diolog for when you choose to talk to her (unconfirmed)
003 male student diolog (unconfirmed)

Am i making any sence here?, Or am i just rambeling on like a total dumb a$$? any way thank you for your time.. sorry if i wasted it.
(6 monsters a bowl of Romen noodles and a kebord... its an all nighter.)

Out of curiosity how many translators do you have working on this project? Can we have another up to date look on your current progress?

as far as i know i have two translators working on this
i have not herd from either of them in a few weeks. so i cant give you a very acurate report

text (its a mess that im sorting out right now) ???%
grafix are currently being overhauled 70% compleated 35% re-edited
mini games (...don't ask...)

i have a bit more help right now.
but if you know were i can ask more translators to help let me know
i have been pulling allnighters left and right to try to get this done.
if you would like to help let me know ill try to find somthing for you to do

I'm not gonna lie i have zero Knowledge when it comes to working with roms. But I'm in a translation group for manga and doujins. I am one of the editors so i have connections with translators. I'm gonna spread the word around and see if any of them are interested but i can't guaranteed that any of them will oblige.

I really wanna see this done like many, let's hope for the best.
