ROM Hack Transfering save from digital to physical?

I got my physical copy of Ultra Moon today and realized I didn't really know how to transfer a digital cia save to a cartridge. It may sound like a dumb question (It may already be answered, but I don't feel like searching online for an hour maybe figuring it out) Also I hate poking around with save files, since I've poured around 20 hours into my current save.

Can I transfer a save file of the digital copy of the game (I belive its just a dumped version of a physical) onto my actual copy?

You can use JKSM for that. Just export digital save, cartridge and then import save.

Its funny, I tried doing that at first and it gave me an error message when importing. Then my 3ds wouldn't turn back on (Because it erratic and likes scaring me every week or so) and when it finally worked I could magically import it. Thank you^
