ROM Hack Question transfer save 2.3.0 to 5.1.0

hi. i need some help.

i have two switches (one on 2.3.0 and one on 5.1.0). both are not hacked or modded.

1. is there a way i can transfer my zelda save from the lower firmware to a higher firmware so i can play officially (and not get banned etc.)?? also i want to keep a lower firmware for future purposes.3
2. just in case is there a reason to keep my switch at or below 3.0.0 anymore (like will there be a potential cfw coming out for it like vita had with 3.6.0)
3. can someone also link starting guides individually for both 2.3.0 and 5.1.0 (there seems to be alot of tutorials unlike the 3ds which had a simple 3ds.guide)

You can update your 2.3.0 Switch without burning fuse with a certain tool around this site. I don't know what's it called but it can be useful for you. You're able to downgrade your Switch back to 2.3.0 or lower than 5.0.0.
