Hacking Transfer from one CFW to another

I can't seem to find a solid answer to this online but i have two modded 3ds's. One 2ds xl and a New 3ds XL both with cfw installed on them. If i system transfer from my 2ds to n3ds will i keep all my games and homebrew or will i have to reinstall them.

Your bought games will transfer over as will your homebrew, but for pirated games, you'll need to dump your tickets (before the transfer) and install them on the other console after the transfer.

okay thank you I have very few "borrowed software" so i was just mainly worried about tracking down all my homebrew again
